During the last 8 years he worked in the Human Resources field. He achieved his senior level in training. Afterwards he became a freelancer, and later on, an entrepreneur.
Currently he promotes the Arka Nuova project. This project is dedicated to small and medium enterprises. Its clients are entrepreneurs seeking for different ways to have a successful next level business, without having 100% personal involvement in it. Arka Nuova helps entrepreneurs build an organizational culture that allows the leader to have a personal life after business, or an interdependent relationship between these two areas.
Meanwhile, together with his partners will help young leaders find a way to live the best life possible for them, especially in entrepreneurial role.
