In 2006, he co-authored AJAX and PHP: Building Responsive Web Applications, one of the most successful Ajax books.
Filip has started GeekMeet in Romania, in 2006, as an informal and decentralized event for people involved in Technology & Internet. GeekMeet, today, counts local communities in 8 major Romanian cities and is expanding every year.
Filip believes that all software should be open-source. Therefore, he created jobberBase as an open-source platform for jobsites, in a time when all other platforms were paid-for solutions. jobberBase has an active community and is getting better and better.
Currently, Filip is privileged to make things happen as part of an amazing team, at LATERAL.
